Pink Stamper Design Team Update

Hello Fellow Crafters,
Well I did not make the Pink stamper Design team but that is okay.  I was bummed but I saw all of the amazing projects and I still have a lot to learn and to master more techniques.  I checked out all the blog sights of the new deign team members.  Their sights are amazing and the projects they do are the same.  They participate in numerous challenges and have challenges of their own on their sight.  I am in the process of creating my very own bucket list.  As soon as I finish I will publish it here on the site. I have watched a few You Tube episodes on cataloging all of my stuff.  I have spent the weekend painting my daughter's room and cataloging.  The cataloging is allowing me to better organize my work space.  I can't seem to focus or be creative when my area is in disarray.  I still have a ways to go.  I am still deciding on if I am going to stamp ALL of my stamps and die cut dies.  So for now I am working on chalks/ink pads, stains, mists etc... I will post pictures here once I am done.  I am going to upload some pics from my first paint job.  Chris and I got a bug up our butt last Friday and bought paint and all the accessories from Sherwin Williams and went at it full force.  Now I can't wait to start on my other daughter's room.  Did not have a opportunity to craft this weekend so I am going through withdrawals.  I am still trying to find out how much this new Provocraft Cricut Mini will cost and if it is worth the investment but it does sound cool.  I have several goals in mind all of which will be on my list...pretty stoked about this since it will force me to sit down and give it a great deal of thought.  I don't have a set number in mind since I believe you should not limit your dreams....Have a great week my fellow Crafters and be CREATIVE....

Fantabulous Challenge Me Monday #62

This is the Fantabulous Challenge Me Monday #62 ( Remember This Challenge #62 ).  In this challenge you had to create a Remember This .  You had to make something to remember a special person, time or anniversary.  The card measures 5.5x6.5 and I used the cricut cartridge "3 Birds on Parade" and cut everything at 4.5.  The paper used was papertrey ink ripe avocado and Basic grey 6x6 Matifica paper pad and brazzil chocolate and beige.

Glitter Glue Dots -- Oh My!!!

Glitter Glue Dot Technique I used Stampin Up paper mellow moss Michaels Recollections stamps  VersaMark watermark stamp pad Michaels Recollection extra fine glitter - Apricot 3 different paper tapes (can not remember by who) I saw a video where the lady laid out glue dots and used embossing powder and heat set it.  So I decided to use glitter and use the small glue dots and it came out pretty cool.  I may try this on a larger area or even try the embossing technique.  My goal is to try more techniques that I find in magazines as well as enter more blog competions.
